The Board of Directors and the Heads of Committees gathered early in the morning of January 16th at the Shell, McKinley Station, Makati City. The attendees headed to the Carmona exit and started their long journey to Caylabne, Ternate Cavite.

From the early bustles of the metro highways to more serene sceneries and smaller roads of the Cavite province, the members chatted incessantly during the travel. It wasn’t too long after all, as the members conversed about TV entertainment, music and politics.

When the groups arrived at the Caylabne Resort after two and a half hours, they were greeted by the subtle stroke of sunlight and gust of cold winds from the majestic view of the mountains and the wide expanse of the blue waters and skies

After consuming the welcome drinks and some group photos, the crowd proceeded to the Caysubic function room and settled in their seats while waiting for the business planning to commence.

PAS 2010 President, Luz De Jesus, greeted the members and started the program by asking Ms. Malot Bantilan to lead the invocation. After the prayer, the program started with the first presenters.

The five main committees namely, Recruitment & Screening, Programs, Seminars & Development, Civic Affairsand Membership Committees presented their plans for the year.

The business planning session ended around one o’clock in the afternoon. The Committee Heads and Board of Directors had a quick photo shoot. After this, they all made their way to the El Patio Restaurant for lunch.

The PASDF Board of Directors continued their meeting after lunch while other members relaxed by checking out the resort and by watching videos.

At around four o’clock in the afternoon, the group headed back to Manila. It was another successful business planning for the organization.
