The PAS Development Foundation, Inc. was established and organized to PROMOTE, SUPPORT, ENCOURAGE, DEVELOP, ASSIST, and FINANCE the activities, programs, and projects in the pursuit and achievement of the specific purposes and objectives for which the Foundation was organized.

The Foundation was registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on December 20, 1983 and certified by the interim Board of Trustees on March 7, 1984 by six Past PAS Presidents and one Board Member.

The Foundation has several categories of members:

Founder – PAS as Founder contributes a minimum amount annually. Due to escalating costs, the amount could be raised by the incumbent Board of Trustees by passing a resolution.

Sustaining Members – are those PAS members and persons, corporations, associations and other entities who are regular contributors or donors to the Foundation upon invitation by the Board of Trustees.

Members under this category pay a minimal annual dues of not less than P1,000.00 unless waived when the member offers a regular grant or donation of a substantial amount. The Chairman and the three Trustees serve for three consecutive years. The incumbent PAS President automatically assumes the position of Vice Chairman with the Board Secretary and Treasurer elected from the incumbent PAS Board and each to serve for one year.
